Noticeable Commercial Real Estate Recovery on a Global Level
Analysts reported that global commercial property sales surged 85% during the last quarter. Experts have suggested that this is a sign of recovery for the market, according to a report on the National Real Estate Investor site.
While most of the action occurred in Asian countries, the U.S. and Canada ended up with declines in sales. Will the benefits of this market trend eventually trickle down to us?
Consider this trend though: since we were the last to experience this commercial real estate decline, it is expected that the U.S. will demonstrate growth and perhaps be the first to come out.
We are closely monitoring this news and other similar stories, as is our CAnet. Perhaps there is an opportunity, or at least a lesson, that can be gained from it all.
