Lance Pederson - EVP, Operations and IT
Lance comes to Fairway America with an extensive background in IT, operations, management, and leadership. He was the co-founder and CEO of Convergence Networks, which was recognized as one of the fastest growing and best places to work in Oregon. He has served on the local Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) chapter board as the Communications Chair and was the President for 2008-2009. He is also actively involved in his local church. Lance lives in Tigard, Oregon with his wife and three daughters.
