¦ Lance Pederson - IT Director
Lance comes to Fairway America with an extensive background in IT, operations, management, and leadership. He was the co-founder and CEO of Convergence Networks, which was recognized as one of the fastest growing and best places to work in Oregon. He currently serves on the local Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) chapter board as the Communications Chair and is the President-Elect for 2008-2009. He is also actively involved in the Hillsboro Chamber and his local church. Lance lives in Hillsboro, Oregon with his wife and three daughters.
