Kipp Cosgriffe comes to Fairway America from HSBC, where he worked for 12 years as VP/District Sales Manager. Kipp received a BS in Speech Communication and Business Economics, as well as an MBA from Willamette University. Originally a native of Montana, Kipp now lives with his family in Damascus. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities. He recently completed his first marathon, the Napa Marathon, earlier this year.
