Helping You Hit Your Target—Marketing Support
As a Correspondent/Affiliate, you will receive significant support from our marketing department. Correspondents and Affiliates will have differing levels of marketing support as detailed below:
Branding (Correspondents): If you do not have a
company logo or “brand,” we can develop one for you. Our marketing department will work with you to create a logo/identity that accurately reflects your company’s personality and message. If you already have a logo, you can send that to us and we will design the rest of your materials to tie in with it.
Web-page (Correspondents): As a Correspondent, you will be set up with your own domain name (www.example.com) and a free one-page website. We will work with you to customize the look and feel of the page, as well as the information provided on it. The goal is to have an easy place for your customers to get accurate information about the loans you can provide to them, and it should invite them to take further action by calling or emailing you.
Email Blasts (Correspondents & Affiliates): We will create email blasts that are sent out to a list of contacts that you provide. Your email blast will correlate with your website in style and its primary purpose is to drive visitors to your page, which hopefully will convince them to call you and initiate a deal. We can track the success of the email blasts and provide you with information on how many people open your email blast and click through to your website. As you make more contacts, you may send us their information and we will add them to your email blast list. Correspondent email blasts will be sent out bi-weekly, while Affiliates will get one email blast per month. Fairway complies with all laws concerning email marketing, spam, etc.
Printed Materials (Correspondents & Affiliates): Sometimes it’s nice to have a piece to leave with your potential customers after meeting with them. This is usually a simple flyer. Again, it will reflect your brand and tie-in with the look and feel of your website. Once we create the printed piece for you and you have approved it, we will send you a high quality PDF for you to print from. If necessary, we can arrange for professional printing of a piece. The cost of printing will be your responsibility.
Toll Free Number (Correspondents): Upon becoming a Correspondent you will be assigned a toll free number that will be featured on all your marketing materials. This provides a convenience to your customers as well as a unique way to track leads and responses!
Miscellaneous Materials (Correspondents): If you feel that additional marketing materials are necessary or will be beneficial to your sales efforts, we can arrange on a case by case basis to provide this for you. Please note, however, that additional fees may apply for any materials beyond our standard package of website, logo, email blasts, and flyers/brochures.
