The Fairway Correspondent/Affiliate Program is a sales channel approach using strategic relationships with a select group of loan originators to originate, negotiate, and close commercial and hard money loans using our funds. The goal of this endeavor is to expand our territory and production by outsourcing the origination and sales function to the Correspondent/Affiliate—high caliber, experienced and independent originators. By doing so, both the originator and Fairway America are freed up to do what each does best.
In support of your sales efforts as a Correspondent/Affiliate, Fairway America provides all branding and marketing support that you need to successfully seek out leads and close deals. This includes customized printed and virtual marketing pieces tailored to your specific message and brand.
In return for your work as a Correspondent/Affiliate, Fairway provides wholesale pricing so that you can keep more of the overall points being charged to the borrower. Correspondents/Affiliates also have the flexibility to buy rates or fees down by negotiating other aspects of the loan. Opportunities to earn residual income are also available as you build up a portfolio of closed loans with Fairway.
Simply put, as a Correspondent/Affiliate, you originate and negotiate loans and Fairway underwrites, funds, and services these loans, provides marketing and sales support, and allows you to earn a greater share of the loan fees than a typical broker as well as ongoing income from your portfolio of closed loans!!
