Matt Burk, President and CEO of Fairway Commercial Mortgage Corp, is proud to announce a new partnership with John Brooke. As a result, Fairway Commercial Mortgage becomes Fairway America, LLC effective January 1, 2008. The new partnership positions the company for growth as a national specialty finance lender.
Fairway America, LLC will continue to provide quality private money commercial real estate loans, underwriting and closing its own loans, and managing and servicing the majority of its loans in-house on behalf of its investors.
