Our Vision
Our goal over the next 4 years is to expand our market presence throughout the Western United States. We intend to be able to effectively provide our services to brokers, borrowers and investors in most or all of the Western States. We intend to be funding over $100,000,000 in private money commercial loans by the year 2010.
Fairway America currently operates from its Portland base and serves primarily the Oregon and Washington markets. Our intermediate vision* is where we plan to be by the end of 2010 and is described as follows:

People, Core Values and Leadership
We are a company of leaders. We only hire and retain the highest caliber people for each position and we pay our people well. Each person exhibits strong leadership in all aspects of his or her day to day work. Communication
Clear articulation and communication of the vision, priorities, strategy, tactics, actions, and individual alignment is our No.1 priority. We have a systematic feedback loop in place from both employees and customers. We act on this feedback promptly and continuously in order to continually improve our performance.
Metrics and Accountability
What gets measured gets done. We are a metrics-driven organization measuring the results of our marketing, our people, our referral source partners, and our reverse engineering process for success.
Training and Development
We believe deeply in and are committed completely to ongoing, systematic training and development of all of our people. Everyone in the company is required to take 1 day per quarter in off site training in some important aspect of their job, skill development, time management, personal development, life balance, etc. Fairway America strongly advocates regular reading and audio learning. We maintain an extensive library of books, videos, and audio learning programs that are available to everyone.
Systems
Systems are a vital component to the growth of the Fairway America brand. Continually working towards complete systemization of all components of the business promotes both efficiency and profitability. Our search for flawed or missing systems and continuous improvement in the delivery of our services is never ending.
Technology
We utilize technology extensively in the creation and use of systematic processes, in generating and monitoring critical numbers and key metrics, and in continuously improving our ability to deliver our services to our referral sources, borrowers, and investors.
