Who is Fairway America?
Fairway was founded in September 1992 as Fairway Financial Services, Inc., a sub-prime residential and commercial mortgage broker/banker. Under the leadership of Matt Burk, Fairway's founder, the company transitioned to solely commercial mortgage banking in September 1998 and became Fairway Commercial Mortgage, providing whole loan trust deed investments to individual investors.

January 2008 marks further expansion of our horizons as Fairway becomes Fairway America. Fairway America continues to grow with a continuing commitment to provide the highest level of service and with a clear vision of value. Whether making loans to hard working people or managing investment funds, Fairway continues to provide the quality service in the real estate private money business.
